Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. Our shipping partners include leading courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Serviceable Areas

  • Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, and other major cities
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Most cities and towns across India
  • Rural Areas: Subject to courier serviceability (delivery may take additional time)

Note: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. We will notify you if your location is not covered by our shipping partners.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and delivery location.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days from order confirmation
  • Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days from order confirmation

Express Delivery

Express delivery options may be available for select locations at additional charges. Please check during checkout for availability in your area.

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary during:

  • Festival seasons and sale periods
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
  • Public holidays
  • Local restrictions or lockdowns
  • Force majeure events

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details and order number. This confirmation does not mean your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Dispatch Notification

You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched. This typically happens within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track its status using:

  • Tracking Link: Provided in your shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • My Account: Log in to your Wellness Bharat account and view order status
  • Courier Website: Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website
  • Customer Support: Contact our support team with your order number

Packaging Standards

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure products reach you in perfect condition:

  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible
  • Protective Wrapping: Products are bubble-wrapped or cushioned to prevent damage during transit
  • Tamper-Proof Sealing: All packages are sealed to ensure product integrity
  • Discreet Packaging: Product contents are not disclosed on the outer packaging
  • Temperature Control: Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate cooling materials

Delivery Process

Standard Delivery Procedure

  1. Courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address
  2. A delivery attempt notification will be sent via SMS/Email
  3. If no one is available, the courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
  4. After failed attempts, the package will be held at the local courier office
  5. You will need to collect it from the courier office or reschedule delivery

Delivery Requirements

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required for verification
  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require payment in exact cash amount
  • For safety, we recommend inspecting the package before accepting delivery

Failed Delivery

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Unreachable contact number

The order will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged for return shipping, and a refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Address Modification

Before Dispatch: You can modify the shipping address by contacting customer support immediately after placing the order.

After Dispatch: Address modification is not possible once the order is shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.

Order Splitting

In some cases, we may ship your order in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified if your order is split, and separate tracking information will be provided for each package. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split orders.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged
  • Take photographs of the package and products
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order:

  • Check all packaging materials carefully
  • Verify against your order confirmation
  • Contact customer support within 24 hours with your order number
  • We will investigate and ship missing items or process a refund

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international locations and will update this policy once available.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • State regulations and local laws
  • Product composition and ingredients
  • Courier partner policies
  • Temperature requirements

You will be notified at checkout if any product cannot be shipped to your location.

Force Majeure

Wellness Bharat shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping address with landmarks
  • Ensure contact number is active and reachable
  • Be available at the delivery address during expected delivery time
  • Inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage
  • Report any issues within the specified timeframe
